Our main focus out in the field is to implement our Bokashi composting methods. Bokashi living is the way to go, the result speak for itself. Gourmet garlic and onions are sown directly on the ground while all other crops are grown in raised beds.Â
  The onions were started from seed bought from Johnny’s Selected Seeds the previous year in August. The name of the onions are White Castle, Red Carpet, and Desert Sunrise. The garlic was ordered as a combo pack from Peaceful Valley Farm, it consist of Elephant garlic, California early white, Music, Red Russian, and French Red shallots.
